Using GTrack by Gator to Add and Checkout Objects

SETTING UP YOUR DEVICE:
1. CARD REMOVAL:
Gently remove the bottom cover using a plastic pry tool from both sides. Then remove the top cover.
2. SIM CARD INSERTION:
Insert the supplied M2M Micro-SIM card. Make sure that Micro-SIM card cut-off is pointing forward to the left looking from above. Do not insert a 3rd party SIM card in this device.
3. BATTERY CONNECTION:
Connect the battery as shown. Position the battery in place where it does not obstruct the other components.
4. BATTERY CONNECTED:
Once battery is connected then re-attach the cover.
IMPORTANT: Do not insert the included SIM Card in any other device other than this tracker. Doing so will permanently disable the SIM.
Right now is a good time to take a photo of the top of your unit with your smart phone or to notate the IMEI number of your device. You will need this in order to register the device on the server.
STEP 1
Click on Add object
STEP 2
Give your tracker a name!
STEP 3
Insert the IMEI number of your new 4G Tracker
This number will normally start with "8671" and is written on the plastic casing of the device. Remember to document this before finalising your installation.
STEP 4
Click on Subscribe Now
STEP 5
Click on your old 3G Device which will be listed under the Replacement menu
STEP 6
Click on Proceed to Checkout
STEP 7
Enter your Customer Information and then Click on Proceed to Payment
Note: If you had an existing balance to your 3G subscription you will notice a credit on the form of a coupon. This credit is based on the unused portion of your subscription.
STEP 8
Enter your Payment Information and then Click on Checkout
Note: Your new subscription due date will commence after a successful payment. This due date replaces your old 3G due date.
STEP 9
All done! The replacement tracker has now been added to your account
