Triggers can only be disabled in the web-interface, so to re-enable them, you have to login there too!
Login to gator.net.au, Open your account Settings -> Event Triggers -> Edit the Event Trigger -> Select "Active" Checkbox and Save.
Now when the app refreshes, the slash through it will disappear.
The only ongoing cost is the subscription, which is only $15 per month, per tracker, paid annually (total per year $180). It includes the SIM Card (operating on the Telstra M2M Network), all data usage and web portal server usage.
Configure an Event Trigger, which will generate Events, and you can choose to be Notified about those events via System Message (app notifications), SMS or Email. (If you have the App, you can get infinite free in-app notifications). We highly recommend using the App rather than SMS for notifications.
Check the icon in the tracking portal, Green means it's currently working.
Check out this video for an explanation on how to use the APP: View Here
There is an app Available for iOS and Android Devices: view here. You can also access the tracking portal on computers, tablets and smartphones, any device with internet access and a web browser. Our tracking portal is web based and has an easy to use smartphone and tablet interface.
You need to add a subscription.
Essentially, we ship units with a SIM card, and there is a certain amount of network data and server features included in the package to get you going and test it. Once that period has expired, we have to turn it off to prevent wasting resources. We generally don't shut it off immediately, we'll send you a warning email the week before telling you how to keep it active, an SMS and then a final email telling you when it was shut off and how to reactivate it.
Note: Trackers that are disabled disappear from the main view and app, but are still visible in the "Add Subscription" page on our website.
Most likely your SIM has been disabled. You would have received a warning email about the service being disconnected, if you chose not to subscribe at the time, the SIM would have disabled.
Note: If you are using a GTKPRO2/GTKPRO3 unit, you cannot use another SIM, so you must subscribe to continue using it.
The IMEI number can be found printed on the actual tracking unit. It is a unique identifier for the hardware.
SIM Cards

The SIM CARD is registered to the specific Gator Tracking Device it has come supplied with.
